In charge of the L&D department, and managing hotel interns, through planning and implementing all L&D activities including production and deployment of bi-annual TNAs and hotel training plans. In addition, monitoring on-job training and service quality through conducting departmental LD reviews and quality audits. Covered the role in the absence of the HR Officer. Handled recruitment and personnel, including on-boarding & off-boarding, grievance & disciplinary procedures, HRIS and leave entitlement administration, and managed employee welfare activities. In addition, assisted in the preparation of the hotel budgeted manning.
