Working with and managing different types of data - Check the data, cleaning any issues, generate reports, review, update data base, coordinate and evaluate the data
Coordinate, Evaluate and assign duties to the members of the team
Look after any issues related to the project and help them to solve the issues
Ensure the quality is maintained in subordinate’s work
Conduct Quarterly/half-yearly employee performance evaluation
Keep the Managing Director informed on any and all issues relating to the items of projects assigned
Submit required reports to the Managing Director within prescribed guidelines and dates for submission
Organize and closely maintain the team workloads and run effective meetings, resolve conflicts and actively offer solutions
Co-ordinate the resources of production available within the company
Approve what resources will be applied to specific projects. Taking into account project complexity vs. employee abilities, as well as task timelines.
Alerting and/or developing contingencies when issues relating to the project/ project timing arise.
Contribute in positive and visible manner to the success of the corporate quality improvement process.
