My duties as a computer technician are as follows.
- Assemble desktop computers
- Installs hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoots a variety of computer issues
- Setting up security measures
- Maintain and repair the units
- Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email
- Configure computer networks
- Troubleshoot and repair printer problems
- Entertain and assists costumers
- At the same time, i act also as a salesperson in the establishment
- Assist the students in proper way of using the computer.
- Troubleshoot computer problems.
- Help the faculties in some case they need
- Arrange, categorize and place the stocks in their proper stock area.
- Gather and serve the stocks listed in stock request slip.
