Reviewing the tender documents & preparation of tender brief
Preparing techno-commercial tender documents in coordination with accounts, sales, legal, insurance & planning departments
Prepare and maintain standard form for pre and cost contract works comply with ISO standards
Conducts estimators appraisal bi-yearly
Prepare monthly estimation report for management
Attend pre and post tender negotiations with client and consultants
Attend post tender kick-off meeting to discuss project execution plan(PEP)
Coordinate with project managers and HSE department for preparation of method statements, Quality and safety plan
Coordinate with contract team for monthly billing, variations and final bill
Estimate and compile tendering process independently
Prepare detailed costing of joinery and interior fit out items
Manage site contract administration works independently
Prepare monthly progress bills to clients.
Attend site progress meeting with consultants
Prepare subcontractor agreement for subcontractors
Negotiate with subcontractors
Prepare monthly payment certificate for subcontractors
Measure progress of works on site
Prepare variation, LCI(Lead Consultants instructions)/EI(Engineers Instructions) and damage claims
Prepare extension of time(EOT) claims
Compile contract amount, budget and actual costs
Prepare final account for clients and subcontractors
Executing preparation of budget for hotels & apartments.
Preparing complete Bill of Quantities and Tender Documents.
Accomplishing cost comparison, adjudications and recommendations.
Handling negotiations & award of contract.
Arranging and updating the Gantt chart for the project.
Dealing with compilation of Budget, Actual Budgets, EAC and Variations.
Creating monthly reports for the clients and preparing asset register for each area

Evaluating the quantity and expenditure of wooden joinery, marble works, gypsum ceiling & partitions, glass & mirror, upholstery, curtains, beddings, etc.

Preparing tender documents including BOQ.
