1. Operation and Maintenance of Utilities of Data Centre / SAG2-OTN /MCN/ Ag2 /MAG1 /CSS Facilities
2. Operation and Maintenance of 11 KV Transformers, Substation, Overhead & Underground high, low voltage cables and lines, High Tension & Low tension Switch Gears & Panels.
3. Operation and Maintenance of Transformers, DG sets, Motors with various make and capacity.

a) Daily monitoring of power, fuel & water and its equipment’s efficiency
b) Ensuring healthiness and correctness of Tools and Measuring Instrument by timely calibration and repair.
c) Daily monitoring of alarm in Everest, Temip & LSMR Platform.
10. Ensuring quality of Preventive Maintenance Activities carried out as per guidelines
a) Supervising PM activities as per schedule & check quality of job.
b) Monitoring post PM performance of utility equipment and alarm functioning.
11. Ensuring Corrective, Breakdown / Corrective Maintenance Activities carried out as per guidelines within stipulated MTTR.
12. Preparation and implementation of RCA findings (Root Cause Analysis) in field & SAP.
13. Plan, monitor and control, spares materials as per design norms and updation in SAP.
14. Plan, monitor & closer of preventive and breakdown maintenance in SAP
15. Compliance to Quality Management system procedure and guidelines
16. To coordinate with various OEM Vendors for preventive and break down Maintenance
17. Responsible for Statutory Compliance of Equipment’s & Facility with coordination with external, internal agency and Statutory Body.
18. To provide leadership and Training to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team and monitor competency regularly as per company procedure.
19. Implementing Energy optimization initiative in Large and Medium Facility.
20. To ensure Zero accident by safe work practices.
21. Audit Reconciliation

- Study the disturbance in the grid and adjusting the Vector Surge Relay in accordance with grid supply for proper isolation of Grid with Captive Power Plant there by avoiding the Blackout of the Plant.
- Effectively reduced the blackouts of the plant by introducing new control wiring in exciting Wartsila make D.G set there by reducing the downtime for the electrical department & improve the reliability of the Power system

Operation and Maintenance of Microprocessor based Automatic Batching System and Weight & Energy based RM feeding system for POT furnace. Energy management is very much important for the company as it consumes 100 MWH average a day. Preparation of Charts and Drawings as per the requirements of the Maintenance Department. Also Familiar with ISO Certification Procedures, TQM concepts and Energy Management concepts.
