Sales planning for the month & ensuring revenue

JOB RESONSIBILITIES-
•Lead a Team of 4 Privilege bankers to achieve targets of account sourcing, cross-sell of financial products according to clients’ requirements-life & general insurance, mutual fund, FMP, asset products-personal loan, home loan, auto loan, credit cards, LAP, ETRG a/c sourcing, increase month end CASA balance of mapped clients
•Manage relationship of clients mapped to self, meet those account holders & increase product penetration/cross-sell, maintain higher balances to increase revenue of the bank
JOB RESONSIBILITIES- BRANCH BANKING:
•Attend to service related queries of customers & resolving issues in liaison with Operations team
•Responsible for a revenue of 1 lakh
through SALES of banking products-Savings & current accounts, FD, INSURANCE, GOLD, MUTUAL FUNDS
Recruit and manage Team of tele callers, executives and team leaders to increase Personal Loan penetration through branch network and also coordinate with Channel Managers for logins
•Train & monitor daily performance, evaluate against set standards
•Design & monitor promotional activities to generate business leads-micro-marketing
•Analyze the credit worthiness of the customers through performance against
predefined parameters and also carry out
independent analysis of the borrower’s credit
profile
•Conduct Personal discussion with the customer (personal loan applicants) in branch and verify documents with the original.
•Cross-sell third party product to generate revenue
•Disbursement of the loan
•Ensured average time taken from disbursement to dispatch from branch to the Credit Operation Hub are within the specified TAT
•Maintained daily MIS, leads management

•The project deals with market research on eating and drinking segment as a marketing channel for coke products.
•Survey of restaurant managers and customers to understand demand pattern for Coke Products and recommend strategies for marketing the same.
• Sales- Acquiring distribution channel partners for coke products, adding distributors-retails shops (restaurants) & converting those with competitors products to switch to distribution of coke products.
