Managing the production, delivery and installation of running projects, and providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company. Also responsible for managing the purchase process for the materials and sup contractors, providing monthly financial and technical updates regarding actual cost and monthly sales reports, working on achieving the business plans.
Job Description:
• Submit monthly sales report for the carpentry.
• Taking care of business effectively & efficiently ensuring the right pricing and keeping check on cash flow / profitability.
• Lead, Direct and review the overall operation.
• Approve tenders, estimates & final pricing for all clients
• Prepare & Submit quarterly reports to the management.
• schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates,
• Requisition, purchases materials from purchase department
• Inspect execution process in site .

• PREPAIR 2D/3D CONCEPT DESIGN AS PER PROJECT MANAGER\CLIENT PRIF.
• IMPROVISE EXISTING 3D CONCEPT DRAWINGS PROVIDE BY CLIENT.
• CREATE MY OWN 3D CONCEPT DRAWINGS.
• CREATE STOCK OF REQULAR SHOP INTERIOR CONCEPTS.
• PROIDE SHOP DRAWING FOR PRODUCTION WITH DETAILED MATERIAL SPECIFICATION AND ACCURET MESURMENTS.
• ATTEND CLIENT MEETINGS WITH PROJECT MANAGERS AND PROVIDE COUNTER BRIEF FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO DESIGN.
• PREPARE MOOD BOARDS AND WALKTHROUGHS.
• PREPARE PRESENTATION POST-DESIGN FOR CLIENT PRESENTATION.
• PROVIDE MATERIALS DETAIL AND CHECK WITH SUPPLIER FOR COSTING TO ASSIST ESTIMATOR.
• VISIT SITE FOR MESURMENTS AND PICTURES.
• INTERACT WITH MALL AND AUTHORITY WHERE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN NECESSARY PERMISSIONS.
• SUPERVISE WORK OF 3D DESIGNER AND RENDERS WHO WORK UNDER ME.
• Design of walls, ceilings, flooring….etc.
• Find the best solutions for furniture distribution and its design.
• Design of lighting effects and select adequate light fitting.
• Design of material and color scheme.
• Computerized two-dimensional and three-dimensional generated scheme design.
• Computerized three dimensional graphic designs including rendering plans furniture, elevation and perspectives with full rendering of light effects, materials
• Computerized three-dimensional perspective with full rendering of light effects and materials.
• Responsible of taking over full packages for client requirement from start of meeting client/client representative till handing over full and complete presentation drawings.
Making Exhibition designs for booths The drawing package includes 2D and 3d drawing for presentations and AutoCAD shop drawing for manufacturing, Excel sheet for the bill of quantities, accessories, parts list, graphic design for the banners used in the approved design.
• Additional Tasks: - Participating in a team for coding all the materials used in the factory (such as Wood, accessories, paints….).
• Site supervision & preparing weekly & progress reports for the Dept.
