- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (Brochures, Press releases, Website material, etc.).
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

- Collaborate with the team, stakeholders and third party suppliers following up on the status of the deliverables of the campaigns.
- Liaise with third party supplies to continuously ensure best prices, quality delivery and proof of delivery as per the approved quotations, media plans and delivery timelines.
- Maintaining the documentation and logging of the invoicing, to keep track of the quotations/payment.
- Responsible to assist the marketing manager day to day marketing activities.
- Organize and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Responsible to undertake marketing projects, organize creative campaigns and promotional events according to trends and customer requirements.

• Maintain and communicates event information calendar.
• Interface with other departments to ensure proper set up for successful coordination of events.
• Communicate with customers before, during and after event.
• Hold a database of contacts for repeat and future bookings.
• Arrange special public relations events on and off premises.

- Answering all the reservations inquiries through phone, emails, fax.
- Arrange the Rooms Reservation in Opera system.
- Handling the Group reservations .
- Up selling the Hotel rooms explaining all the facilities and information.
- Filling all required documents.
- Take the preauthorization’s for the arrivals 48 hours prior arrival date.
- Check the guest arrivals reports with all their previous comments needs and special requests.
- Promote the hotel facilities.
- Provide information about the hotel and the country.
