I was responsible for day to day office management tasks, handling finances, purchases, and human resources tasks. Assisting in IT troubleshooting steps, taking care of facilities and office needs. Making sure all personnel are following the code of ethics and business conduct rules and procedures.
• I was tasked for creating a full HR Structure for a startup business solutions firm located in Florida, USA with a headcount of a 10-20 employee’s.
• Created the firm’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct handbook; This manual is a guide on how the employees work together living their values in compliance to the company policies and relevant laws that govern doing business in a legal and ethical manner.
• Created an attendance system for the purpose of monitoring and tracking employees’ working hours, and adherence system to monitor employees’ productivity.
• Created and maintained an up to date database for all employees’ information.
• Created the payroll structure that includes and not limited to the payment method, salary scale, calculating leaves, calculating bonuses and deductions, created payroll sheet, created the payroll slips and receipts.
• Prepared daily and weekly reports and conducting remote meetings with employees.
• Handling their queries and/or complaints. Authorized to conduct any investigations regarding grievances.
Handling and processing profiles for company related campaigns.
Issuing HR Letters for the employees - Maintain an up-to-date database for employees - Responsible for medical claims - HR Coordinator between the foreign staff and HR Dept. - Helps the payroll specialist in entering data for the payroll process - helps in Governmental Reports asked from the university.
Helping customers over the phone creating, Editing or cancelling travel bookings. Coordinating with Airlines, Hotels and car rental companies worldwide.
