Manage all HVAC projects under my department and provide my technical expertise in managing projects, engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and project hand-over to client.
Review in-house design engineering works, including drawing, specifications, data sheet, materials requisition against design requirement and bills of quantities.
Manage/review the Design Preparation of HVAC system, design drawings, HVAC controls and fire protection and related safety controls to HVAC.
Perform and review Cooling and Heating Load calculation, ventilation requirement, design drawings, HVAC Controls and safety controls.
Manage the selection of HVAC equipment such as Chiller, AHU’s, FAHU’s, PU’s, FCU’s, Split Units and HVAC equipments and accessories.
Perform/review duct and pipe sizing calculation and preparation of P&ID, Air & Chilled water flow diagram, schematic diagram, duct layout, sectional and detail drawings.
Review all HVAC design and drawings and making sure it is done according to Design and General Specification (DGS) of client and International Standards (ASHRAE, SHELL DEP, NFPA, SMACNA, ASME, BS STANDARDS AND ANSI) adhering to Company policy of highest standard.

Designing of A/C System, A/C duct system, plumbing, fire fighting and sewerage system.
Supervise the Installation of the A/C units, such as window type, split type, FCU, Package Unit (PU) and Air Handling Unit (AHU or FAHU)
Supervise fabrication and installation of A/C ducting.
Submit quoting/tender (work order estimate) for projects to be done, and prepare the scope of works.
Prepare the procurement of needed materials for the projects, following up with the supplier for speedy delivery of materials.
Conduct monthly meeting with my site supervisor to boost productivity and weekly safety meeting with laborers.
Conduct daily site inspection, and make a weekly progress report to project manager.
