Maintain computerized track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, monitor and follow up with concerned employees on the progress of activities to provide up-to-date status.
Received Award of Academic distinction, for the overall academic performance in the filed of hotel and restaurant management meritorious of distinction and honor. Superferry 18, Apprenticeship by Experience covering hotel operation and services, vessel familiarization and basic safety on board. Corporate Executive Suites, completed 500hrs on the job training at the front office as guest services assistant, and F&B service.
