 Register employees under company medical insurance agreement.
 Maintain confidential and general files, and keep office stationary and supplies.
 Attending meeting and recording the minutes.
 Monitoring incoming and outgoing mails.
 Making and keeping track of appointment and deadlines to the manager.
 Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, & office filling.
 Answer telephone & transfer appropriate staff member.
 Maintain office admin records staff agreements, vacation plan, iqama renewal, termination, resignation.
 Maintain computerized track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, monitor and follow up with concerned employees on the progress of activities to provide up-to-date status.
