Project: Dubai Hills Estate Development - a 1100 hectares (11M m2) mixed use development with single- and multi-family dwellings, regional mall, 18-hole golf course, signature golf villas, seven 132/11kV Electrical Substations, three District Cooling Plants, two Sewage Pumping Stations, three Irrigation / Fire Fighting Pumping Stations, six Storm Water Pumping Stations, along with associated services and roads network including several bridges and underpasses.

• Reporting to the Project Director, play a lead role in Design / Construction / Project Management of all Infrastructure elements
• Assist Contracts and Commercial Manager with procurement of contractors and consultants
• Developed detailed phasing strategy with lead consultant, ensuring infrastructure delivery is optimized based on development roll out plan, resulting in savings of over AED 260M
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, consultants, client and authorities to identify and resolve issues
• Provide input to Program Controls Manager to prepare master program and progress reports
• Attend and chair meetings with consultants, contractors, client and authorities
• Carried out pre-qualification assessment and tender evaluation of contractors bidding on various construction packages; chaired bidder conferences
Project: Traffic Control Center - B+G+5 Building with QSAS 3-Star Rating for Core and Shell (BUA of Approx. 25, 000 m2) - with conventional RC and post-tensioned beams and slabs, specialized IT and security systems, G+5 parking structure, high end finishes and VIP furniture, 11kV substation and associated infrastructure.

• Played a lead role in the construction management of a multifaceted project involving intricate infrastructure and multi-disciplinary teams of contractors and consultants
• Monitored and controlled the progress by working closely with consultants and contractors to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget
• Participated in value engineering sessions and was highly instrumental in resolving design and construction issues
• Assisted the planning team with the preparation of various project programs in line with the master program
• Attended weekly progress, coordination, planning and design meetings with contractors and consultants; often chaired the meetings as required
