ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting project managers with developing scope, schedule on site development projects
• Preparation of bill of quantities BOQ and involvement in checking and raising bills.
• Preparing Daily Progress report (DPR)
• Preparing records for drawings, technical reports, and site diary. Follow up with Quality Control
engineer to check the quality and monitoring the job at the site
• Liaison with labour and material contractors and ensure that the work doesn’t suffer because of
inadequate supply.
• Checking and preparing bar bending schedule and joint measurement sheet in collaboration with
site/junior engineer and quantity surveyor.
• Execution and supervision of work as per working drawings & Specifications.
• Involvement in checking, demarcation, lineout, RCC work, finishing work, bricks work, plastering,
tiling work.
• Observance of safety requirements
Project : Client Tharwani Realty, 14 nos of residential tower of Stilt+12
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Studying and Analysing of Architectural and Structural RCC Drawings. Coordination with RCC
Consultant and Architect and other agencies involved in projects
• Supervising construction activities particularly finishing works like Tiling, Water Proofing,
Plumbing, Railing, Plastering, and Masonry.
• Involvement in checking, demarcation, lineout, RCC work, finishing work, bricks work, plastering,
tiling work.
• Reporting progress on daily basis to the Project Manager.
• Preparing Daily Progress report (DPR) & Monthly progress report.
• Preparing joint measurement sheet with sub-contractors and contractors.
• Preparation of bill of quantities BOQ.Reconciliation statements of materials on site and preparing
bar bending schedule in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor.
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary
