• Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project
• Consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment.
• Using IT in design and project management
• Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
• Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors
• Visiting sites to check on progress, and resolving issues that arise during construction
• Coordinating with other disciplines (Structure, MEP, ID, Lighting ...etc) in order to meet the design intent & as per the client’s requirements
• Attending progress meetings & workshops
• Preparing concept design proposals for new projects
• Preparing schematic/detailed/ interior design drawings
• Preparing 3D models for Lighting or Animation purposes
