As such, he was responsible for developing financial proposals, budgeting, financial forecasting, overseeing budget execution, monitoring, and financial reporting, including financial reporting to donors, and compliance. During his tenure, Mr. Khan successfully managed 40+ cooperative agreements, grants and commercial contracts funded by USAID and/or other USG agencies, DFID, AusAid, CIDA, the EU and various EU countries.
