Ensure network connectivity throughout company Lan-Wan infrastructure with technical consideration
•Plan, coordinate, and implement network security in order to protect data, software’s, and hardware’s
•Meet project objectives and completion of tasks in given time line frame and sending reports to IT head
•Travelling to different sites for troubleshooting and resolving hardware’s, software’s, and mailing issues
•Verify backup operations of system, ensuring all required files & system data are successfully backed up
•Presenting solutions in written or oral forms, helping employees & clients in all aspects to resolve issues
•Provides first call resolutions to users through telephone, remote access & via electronic mailing system
•Responsible for documentation, presentations, restore procedures of data for laptops, desktop systems
•Working extra hours to complete given task& performing job related duties assigned by the IT Manager
•Troubleshooting of issue &resolving at same time, monitoring network to prevent miss use of resources
•Installation &Configuration of webcams, Co installations and uninstallation of projector, systems on sites
•Creation of accounts, policies and managing backups, restore procedures for laptops &desktop s systems
•Experience in the administration of corporate network segments like Local Area and wide are networks
•Performs ad-hoc duties any time as required to organization either its offsite - onsite whenever needed
•Performing daily systems monitoring, verifying availability of all hardware’s, server resources & systems
•Maintaining wide range of systems and software’s programs in government hospitals as part of project
