Al Otaiba is the distributor of Chevrolet, Cadillac, Isuzu, Land Rover, MG and Rover plus AC Delco in Abu Dhabi Al Ain and Fujairah. Al Otaiba is also distributor for the Land Rover after market products. Totally accountable for profitability and efficient, distribution of motor components in a multi franchise, multiple outlet, auto parts facility. Locations: 4, Inventory: USD 6m, Reportees:15

Revised and improved G.M. and AC Delco parts distribution throughout 13 outlets in Kuwait, including high volume Seatainer programs of A/C Compressors, Shocks, Pads and Filters to Wholesalers, Garages and Fleet Operators. Re motivated and directed parts staff. Revised Job Descriptions, responsibilities and duties to improve morale, efficiency and productivity. Designed new systems and procedures to improve speed of receiving and issuance of parts. Increased frequency of random checks of Security Gate and reduced incidence of pilferage to almost zero.
