2015 (15-Jun -2015)
* We transfer our office to the HQ there I’ve started working on three
projects
* 1st

West Yas on Yas Island,
* 3rd MAYAN on Yas Island
* Closing leads by calling the clients to attend the launch of each project
* Producing our projects
* I was doing operation staff printing contracts and bringing the receipts
from the financial department the clients.
* Verify the folder of each Unit if anything is missing and precede them to
the Operation Team to complete the procedure of every contract.
* On all of these work I had to track every step am doing .
* In addition, I was doing sales invoices with the brokers and closing leads of
each project.
2016
* Still on the HQ working on new deals of (Meera+ WestYas+ Mayan).
* 13-15 of April, 2016 attending the cityscape.
* Joint the Sales Team on showing Al Dar new Project (Yas Acres).
Jun-2016/ Now
* Our office transferred to Yas Island, Al Dar Sales Centre.
* I participated on the launching of Yas Acres more than one zone.
* Working on the new project (The Bridges) on Al Reem Island which is sold
out now.
* Preparing the External invoices (Agency Commission Claim): Check if it’s
new, not duplicated and attaching the following documents (Signed SPA
from both parties + payment clearance+ Brokerage Agency Confirmation
signed from the broker and the clients) then sending the full documents to
Finance department.
* Regarding the External invoices proceeded for these projects ( Gate
Towers and ARC/Shams Meera/ Mayan/ West Yas/ Ansam / Al Ghadeer/
Yas Acres/ Nareel Island/ The Bridges)
* Following up with the finance team commission payment.
* Preparing the Internal invoices (Sales Team Incentive).
* Arranging with the Marketing team what we receive broachers and what
we need for our sales center.
* Preparing the Sales and leasing agreements between Al Dar and the
Agents.
* Started to precede the invoices using the Oracle.
* Assisting the Manager of Sales and Leasing (Mr.Saeed Osman).
* Arranging the meetings for the team.
