I am a professional Mechanical Engineer holding bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am currently handling the Mechanical section at the Engineering sector of Al-Watania Poultry co. My roles & responsibilities are as follows:
Developing project scope of work & technical data sheets based on project objectives & requirements.
 Reviewing project schedule & monitoring project progress; reporting schedule changes & trends; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
 Monitoring project budget by reviewing expenditures, payment application & document checking; administering design & contractor contracts.
 Preparing of project monthly progress reports for presentations at team & executive session meetings by collecting, analyzing & summarizing project data.
 Supporting meetings with the contractor and/or stakeholders including weekly progress meetings, quality, scheduling & phasing & other coordination or field activities as they occur.
 Providing analysis & recommendations to the team regarding contract disputes, schedule variances, change orders.
 Maintaining safe & clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules & regulations.
 Support the higher managers with site visits, documentation & reports.
 Manage staff, prepare work schedules & assign specific duties for the team.
 Assisting the Division Manager in directing & coordinating any activities in operations & increasing efficiency.
 Determine, review & approve project submittals along with producing various proposals, planning & necessary contracts.
 Manage to monitor the materials & equipment required & analyze different quotations for sub-contractors & suppliers.
 Coordinate on items that are not clearly specified in the contract.
 Manage contracted projects & ensure proper execution of work & services to contract specifications.
 Meeting construction management operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and forward thinking.
 Performing QC assessments by reviewing design documents, project specifications & performance. Recommending actions.
 Handling payments, Technical evaluation for projects/ Material/ Contractors/ Suppliers & awarding projects.
 Guiding the draftsman to create AutoCAD drawings / As-built etc.
 Reviewing design for Plumbing/ Firefighting/ HVAC & executing the same.
 Material/quantity takeoffs, Sending RFQs, follow up, receive quotations & ordering.
 Reviewing the design for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm SYSTEM & material selection. Worked (As a Client) with an appointed contractor.
 Working with SAP system for processing the Job requests raised by the stakeholders for all the in house maintenance activities. It includes executing the work, closing & generating related documents through SAP.
 Coordination with various departments & much more.

The project was with 1 basement and 7 floors where I was responsible for HVAC Ducting, AHUs, FCUs, Package and split units Installation for the ongoing project and reporting to Sr. Mechanical Engineer.

Worked since : JUNE 2011 to Aug 2011(And returned back due to Job Visa availability problem with the company) Designation : HVAC ENGINEER Project name : SECURITY PRINTING PRESS, QATAR The project was with 1 basement and 2 floors where I was responsible for installation of AHUSs, FCUs, SPLIT ACs, installation of HVAC ducting, as well I was responsible for checking the HVAC duct sizing of the project.
