IT Infrastructure Projects responsibilities:
1) Strategic Technology Planning, Design, Implementation, and Project Management of CCAD Low Voltage Voice, Data and Video communications infrastructure systems, telecommunications rooms, building pathways, entrance facilities and outside plant pathway systems.
2) Develop construction budgets, oversee architect/consultant design work.
3) Works with architects and engineering firms during the design phase of each project and ensures that adequate facility space, power, HVAC and cabling pathways are provided
4) Project Management, Design and Oversee the installation of Voice, Data and Video structured cabling MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes) projects in areas identified in CCAD for new construction and renovation.
5) Inspect Low Voltage System Contractors works for all Low Voltage installations for compliance to CCAD safety practices and policies, and Industry Standards.
6) Work with Senior RCDD Engineers in the design and build of new Low Voltage and Structured Cabling Systems, Low Voltage Technology Systems, and associated Technology Rooms.
Low Voltage Systems Support Operations responsibilities:
1) Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, documentation of IT Infrastructure and Low Voltage Systems and associated applications.
2) Work closely with CCAD customer groups to ensure that service levels are being met while utilizing resources efficiently and effectively. Generate and submit reports of weekly, monthly, annual operational metrics to IT Management.
3) Plan, Coordinate, Schedule Facilities departments monthly/quarterly/annual Electrical DB shutdown activities in Technology Rooms and Data Centers in CCAD ensuring zero or minimum downtime to IT, Telecoms and Low Voltage Systems.
4) Provides maintenance and updates of low voltage system standards and specifications
5) Research and review new Low Voltage products and technologies and recommend to IT Management.
6) Other duties as assigned

Worked for IBM client “Cleveland Clinic Hospital - Abu Dhabi (CCAD)” as Senior IT Operations Coordinator with Network, Unified Communications, IT Security, and IT Infrastructure under CCAD IT Management directions on standard operating procedures preparations, reporting and tracking of Demand Management and Capacity Planning.
Worked with IBM client “Cleveland Clinic Hospital - Abu Dhabi (CCAD)” as Senior IT Projects Coordinator in the delivery of a large-scale Hospital IT Infrastructure rollout program that involved projects across domains of Network, Information Security and Unified Communications.
Projects executed:
1) Decommission MDFs and IDFs from CCAD old offices in Abu Dhabi city.
2) Activation of 10000+ Network Ports for end user devices rollout on Day 1 of Go Live.
3) Rollout network of 1500+ wireless access points through CCAD and several wireless controllers in CCAD primary data center.
4) Install and configure 240+ access switches and 270+ UPS in over 110 Technology Rooms fiber patched to primary and secondary data centers.

Worked as IT Infrastructure projects coordinator on IT Infrastructure and WAN Telecom rollout projects on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
