• Developing designs and layouts requiring engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
• Preparation of BOQ and Shop Drawings such as preparing layouts, calculations, fabrication drawings and designs of projects and Preparation of General Arrangement drawings
• Review design development, incorporate comments, recheck, and resubmit for final approval and authorization.
• Design & Estimate cost for equipment, materials, Steel structures, FMCG Machineries, Kitchen & Lab Equipment, Hygiene adhered equipment and Machineries.
• Sending clarification requests to the client, required for the tender´s scope of work & specifications.
• Review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• Analyse design with FEA/FEM tools (Solidworks Simulation) for load Stress calculation.
• Providing nesting programs for CNC/Plasma/Laser Cutting machines.

•Design and Managing the Sheet Metal Drawings for Trucks and Trailers Carriers using SOLIDWORKS.
•Providing programs for CNC/Plasma/Laser Cutting machines using PRONEST.
•Load Distribution Calculation and positioning the axles.
•Selection of Axles based on Payload.
•Providing the Manufacturing drawing for Bending and Dishing operations.
•Designing the Tools \[Punch & Dies\] for Bending machines in accordance with the Bend Angle.
•Troubleshooting the interference for Truck/Trailers Assembly and updating the Drawings.
•Drafting of General Assembly drawings for Enquiries in coordination with the Sales Team using AutoCAD.

• Formulating plans to Keep team updated in technologies in the field of PLM and other sub-streams.
• Collaboration with clients to form effective sessions to maintain standards of the organization.
• Working the Measuring tools for demonstration purpose.
• Ensure that hardware Complaints are logged whenever a problem is noted.
• Assist the Customer Service by providing demonstration to all the prospects.
• Site support activities like modelling & detailing in the Solidworks, AutoCAD, Ansys
• Ontime completion of the activities by adhering to the target dates committed.

•Installation of Machine Vision System in collaboration with OMRON Global & Identifying the threads of machine vision system and implementing possible solutions.
• Study on Production Cycle and Plant Maintenance
• Inspection and Modification of Trolleys
• Study of Injection Molding Machine & it’s impact on Production
• Periodically attend the meetings with the management for the continuous operation
development activities.
• Analyzing work progress in Machine vision system and report it to the management.
