3. Quality & Inspection
• Work closely with structural engineers, project supervisors, and QC teams.
• Report daily progress and any issues to the Fabrication Foreman or Site Engineer.
• Assist in material handling, lifting, and placement of heavy structural components.
6. Maintenance & Equipment Handling
• Operate and maintain fabrication tools, machinery, and welding equipment in good working
condition.
• Ensure CNC and cutting machines are set up correctly for nesting and plate preparation.
7. Project Support
• Assist in pre-assembly, trial fitting, and modular assembly before offshore transportation.
• Support installation and pre-commissioning activities as required.
• Suggest improvements in fabrication efficiency and workflow based on experience.

• Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, and GA drawings for process plants and industrial systems.
• Select materials, fittings, valves, and supports based on design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, and company standards.
• Coordinate with process and instrumentation engineers for smooth integration of piping
systems.
• Perform stress calculations, routing optimization, and clash detection.
• Preparation of piping layouts, equipment drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Design support for pressure vessels, tanks, and mechanical equipment.
• Coordination with production and fabrication teams for smooth execution.
• Assisting in welding quality and NDT inspection support.
• Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
