Supervise QAQC Supervisors and QAQC Mechanical Engineers as per work of scope. Review and update MOM activities as per last weekly meeting update and get it approved by QA Manager and send it to client for further approval for next weekly meeting.
Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status, Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators such as Procurement Quality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator.Support construction team for timely mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning and obtaining mechanical completion certificate and plant acceptance from the customer.
Coordinate with QA Manager to update the site inspection activities on daily basis including Project Manager and Construction Manager in the kick off meeting. Attend construction meeting to get the update about daily activities going on site and provide feed back to QC inspectors through QC Supervisors.Implement the QA/QC management system at site, Direct the site quality management system, including cross-functional and site-specific processes.Maintain and drive improvements to all aspects of site quality planning.
The guidance, integration, motivation and supervision of the personnel composing of QA/QC department and carrying out its operations.Participate in the site internal and external audits.

? Conducting QMS Training Program & Induction for Staff to create awareness on Project Quality requirements.
? Direct the site quality management system, including cross-functional and site-specific processes.Maintain and drive improvements to all aspects of site quality planning.Ensure site audit readiness and host Quality System audits and inspections.
? Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site.
? Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters, Coordinate all receipt inspections, Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors and Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.
? Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors and Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
? Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer.
? Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
? Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
? Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.
? Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
? Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer, Elaborating inspection and test programs, Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
? Supervises the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment in the plant, such as turbo machinery, gas and steam turbines, pumps, compressors, furnaces, heat exchangers, marine loading arms, steam generators, desalinators, reclaimer, pumps, reactors, conveyors, hydraulic equipments etc. Includes monitoring of work execution and providing guidance to ensure conformity to company regulations and adopting practices and communicate with company HSE manual.
? Conduct meetings, reviews, prepare documentation and assist the PM in preparation of contractual communication to client, and subcontractors.
