Receiving customer files (passport, visa, labour contracts application, bank statements and make sure that
everything is valid, then I enter the customer information in the system
Receiving cm requests (complains, Inquiries, address change requests ) and I forward it to the relevant department
and follow up to make sure that the request is done before the cut off time)
* Analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit
or lending money
* Evaluating customer records and recommending payment plans based on earnings, savings data,
payment history, and purchase activity
* Completing Credit Card applications, including credit analyses and summaries of Credit Card requests,
and submitting to committees for approval
* Performing detailed CPV to verify the authenticity of the submitted
* taking care of cm request (hundling more than 10 kind of request
