5- SMP data and records on system. (Oracle) and other requests by Global Contractors such as: travel expenses claims, education assistance, appraisals and salary adjustments.
SRACO - Royal Commission Hospital Project
Responsibilities:
Supervising the process of all personnel: Vacations - Hiring -
Resignations and End of employment contracts - Reports of
attendance and absence - government relations requests for more
than 370 employees.
•
Preparing and managing Vacation Plans to ensure quality and
productivity of work for all divisions in the project and arrange return
from their vacation as per the vacation plan.
•
Present the personnel and all work in the monthly meetings with the
director of Support Services and Maintenance.
•
Covering all vacancies in the project by providing required
candidates based on the contract - Recruitment process for Saudis
and non-Saudis and On-boarding process.
•
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the
administration manager and project manager.
•
Coordinating with RC - Training department to arrange new joiners
to attend General hospital orientations and Mandatory training.
•
Send-Collect all probationary and annual appraisals for all staff -
record all performance data (development areas and competencies.)
•
Coordinating with SRACO Head Office to ensure that all issues
going on track to avoid any conflicts on the project productivity.
•
Responsible to Issue warnings and Penalties for violations made by
employees. And ensure all staff following the regulations and rules.
•
Documenting all updates regarding salaries adjustments (Salary
increments and promotions - reclassification of job titles) in the
Oracle system and Master data.
