Local & external Purchases
Perform the required contacts/correspondence with the local & international companies in order to obtain the followings from each company:
a) Price Lists
b) Discount Ratios
c) Delivery times
d) Shipping & Delivery status
e) Catalogues & Samples
Preparing lists containing all the contacted companies together with their specialties (Furniture & Decoration material).
Provide BOQ and Furniture Presentation of the clients as requested
Make follow-ups the weekly report to different departments as requested by the Deputy General Manager including the status thereof.
Preparing home/office furniture’s order for the client.
Preparing orders & providing copies of each order to the cargo company, insurance company & the accounts department
Follow up of shipments status & their deliveries to either sites or the company's warehouse.
Follow up clearance process of the shipments
Follow up & coordinate with the insurance company for each shipment.
Follow up the financial issues, supplier payments & transfers with the Finance Department.
Archive & organize the catalogues, samples & price lists for all suppliers at the company's warehouse
Follow up with all suppliers for new products, items, & changes in price lists or delivery process. Follow up exhibitions of décor materials & furniture
Support & provide the projects managers & sales team with information & answers concerning the supplying companies, deliver times & follow up.
Preparing periodic reports about all deliveries in process & their status, keeping & maintaining projects files with the correspondents & updates
