Responsibilites
1. Conducts inspection as per requested in various Low Current System as per approved shop drawings, approved method statement, technical specifications and applicable codes i.e. Master Clock System, Public Address/Sound System, Communication (Data and Voice) System, Fire Alarm System, Master Antenna Television System (MATV), Access Control System, Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV), Anti-Theft System, Building Management System (BMS) and European Installation System (EIB).
2. Conducts Electrical Quantity take-off for various low current/low voltage systems as required.
Responsibilities:
Prepare outline and full length technical specifications both in 1995 and 2004 Master format.
Attend intern-departmental meetings for project coordination.
Meet manufacturers and material suppliers and discuss product information and updates the supplier and catalogs database.
Assists other disciplines in the selection of structural and finishing materials, equipments as well as conveying and electro-mechanical systems
Develops and maintains Specification's Master Document in accordance with the latest and up-to-date international and national Codes and Standards.
Advises the proper application of the approved Codes and Standards by the other disciplines involved in the same Project.
Updates the Specifications Library with the latest Codes and Standards, technical support for the Specifications and other departments involved in Design, Production or Construction of a project
Attend seminars and trainings
