• Examine the transcripts of transfer students and conduct an assessment prior to enrolling.
• After completing the evaluation, get an approval from the Head of Secondary to determine if the transfers are eligible or not.
• Creates spreadsheets and compiles data, maintains confidential student information, and ensures security of records.
• Communicates with and assists parents, teachers, support staff and school leadership in line with the school’s core values.
• Calculates grade point averages, inputs transcripts into student system following school guidelines and processes transcript.
• Follows policies and procedures that ensure the school operates within legal compliance and school guidelines.
• Follow-up meetings are sometimes held with the Head of Secondary, the College and Career Advisor, and the School Counselor about the matters of the high school students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training.
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
• Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
• Creating and organizing information and generating reference tools for
easy use.
• Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
• Follow-up proposals with prospective clients.
• Ensuring efficient and effective information and assistance.
