• Take charge on Global Rights Modules License approval within iFlix (Asia, Middle East & South Saharan Africa)
• Lead in preparing a global content hours licensed for all new country launches - Pakistan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Middle East (MENA) & Sub Saharan Africa (SSA).
• Take ownership to train new hiring metadata team in new country to prepare their own content licensed list as well as ensures business procedure are well maintained according to iFlix style and international standards structure.
• Managed Sign Off Approval for all metadata coming from regional & local metadata team and ensures all global licensed keyed in accordingly in Content Management System (CMS).
• Dealing closely with Global Acquisition Team, Deal Owner, Head of Content, Finance, Content Coordinators, Publishers on licensing details from metadata verification to content publishing.
• Responsible for Contract Creation Approval in Content Management System (CMS) and all respective metadata in Global Master Inventories.
• Responsible for compiling Global Licensing Reports and sent to respective deal owner / stakeholders for weekly updates.
- To work with QA/QC Team and to enable all media and its metadata are linked and compiled as per requirements of the channels.
- Responsible to coordinate with QA/QC & programming team for publishing content & media as per agreed in channel planning requirements & acquisition .
- Responsible to ensure metadata of each media are properly filed, recorded and stored in Foretv system for easy retrieval to the publishers & QA team as well as generating monthly reports.
- Perform first line recovery of automation control systems under failure conditions and returning the station to stable operation as well as take control for system analysis and reporting.
- Act as Operational & System documentation administrator coordinator for the department with experience of more than 3 years, covering Standard Operating Procedures, process workflows, system documents and internal documents to streamline and standardize end-to-end workflows, SOPs and technical system documentations.
- Participates in the development and implementation of business processes improvements, end-to-end operational procedures and training materials.
- Leads team members to achieve high quality work standards, zero operational errors and ensure best in class operations are met at all times through individual and shared departmental KPIs
- Addresses operational gaps through gap analysis and liaises with external customers to improve services offered.
Management & Operation
- Responsible for administration, management and entire daily operation of Awani Library /Media Library .To manage blanks stock (CD/DVD/Tape - Digibeta, DvcPro, MiniDV)To prepare and process media for House Master & External Master operation.To compress and uncompress External and House Master at shelves.
Tape Request / Inquiries
-Responsible to coordinate any enquiries as well as processing media request from internal & external department for program & on air promo.
Liasing with Client
Liaise within internal client (Broadcast, Operation & Engineering Department) or externalclient (other Channel Department).To make a copy of program upon request (Subtitle / complimentary DVD/ inter or outerdepartment).To provide information, services and support to user /client.
Management of Community Broadband Centre (CBC)
Responsible for the maintenance of all properties and asset in CBC by making sure all stock and inventory are recorded and supplied properly.
Ensuring that all stock and inventory supplied can be utilized and stored in good condition.
Record all financial activities related at CBC.Assist in preparing and presenting weekly and monthly report to HQ according to the scheduled planned.
ICT Training
Assists in giving the ICT training to the community and number of target user in order toboost up the total of computer utilization and internet by community groups.
Web Development
Responsible in uploading information and current news into the web portal, updating theportal content according to the schedule given as well as implement all task given from timeto time
