TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working as a consulting Engineer & Supervising Construction of Sub Stations, OHTL & UG Cable.
• That includes design review, issuance of drawing for construction, material approval and supervision of construction activities as per SEC and Project Technical Specification (PTS). Work includes but not limited starting from Excavation, structural backfill, Access roads by using structural backfilling material, underground cable laying in city areas, complete Building construction (Steel, formwork, concrete & finishes), Asphalt roads in the city areas and outside city depends upon the project location.
• Witnessing all materials laboratory testing such as Soil classification, concrete mix design, proctor, CBR required for building and road construction.
• To implement an effective quality management by ensuring quality control and quality assurance, safety of all personnel related to work and complete project reporting from site to management.
• To give approvals and comments to the works carried out after the inspection.
• To prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly progress reports for the project. To make Drafts and Site Instructions notes regarding the Site problems and forward to Divisional Manager.
• To monitor the site activities, Contractors Manpower and Equipment's according to contract schedule. Checking of Laboratory Testing and record. To co-ordinate with, Client and Contractors.
• A working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
• Inspect the works at each stage of construction, Advise contractor of non-conforming works.
• Ensure correction of works if required. Ensure that the work complies with the requirements of the specification and relevant codes and standards.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Studies project specifications and Ensures contractor's compliance to plans and specifications of the project is a vital in every aspect.
• Ensures contractor prequalification compliance of any material and equipment's involved in the project.
• Monitoring of concrete mix during concreting and see to it that the workability of concrete was maintained and as per approved mixed design.
• Requires contractor and supplier for concrete testing and sampling during concrete pouring as reference for compressive testing.
• Filing of all documents with regards to Quality Control as references.
• Participate regular meetings to assure contractor strict compliance in Quality Control Program.
• Ensures that interfaces for all disciplines are clearly identified and describe.
• Evaluating monthly progress billing.
