Acting as a head of employees services department.
HR organizational structure implementation ERP - Oracle.

Ensures that Expat terminated employees dropped from Muqeem system and ensure that Saudi employees deleted from GOSI portal.
Reports to and supports the lead of personnel on all personnel & admin matters.
Communicating personnel policies and procedures to all HRBPs.
Interacts on a daily basis with all direct reports for operational and other business related matters and
issues.
Performing other duties as required.
