Data Entry: into the specialized software using consistent formatting;

- Data Quality: Detect missing or redundant data and propose possible improvements;

- Data analysis: Sort and cross-check data, create tables of statistics, and draft reports of results based on data entered.

- Data Collection: support research design, data collection activities with technical expertise, monitoring, quality control, and developing forms using Kobo tools.

- Data Archiving: Perform weekly back-up of data entered on a disk or CDRom.

- Filing Management: Ensure a proper filing and archiving of various types of documents including confidential information.

- Data Confaditinality: Comply with data integrity, security policies, protection and security of
individuals’ personal data.

- Assist the FSL DPM with database quality control and inform him/her of any technical problems

-conducting field visits to the beneficiaries, filling out assessment.

 Data Integrity: Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for
computer entry.
 Data Analysis: Prepare statistics, develop views, Dashboards, reports, and other analytical and monitoring tools;
 Data Quality: Review data for deficiencies or errors through the regular conduct of data controls, report data
discrepancies, correct any incompatibilities together with the users
 Filing Management, Filing protection, and security: Ensure a proper filing of various types of documents
including confidential information;
 Data Confaditinality: Comply with data integrity, security policies, protection and security of individuals’
personal data.
 Data translation: translate all data from Arabic to English and vice versa.
 Assist the data manager with any other data-related or administrative tasks;
 Replace the Data entry supervisor during her absence.
