projects in Jeddah. I deliver market research and market
analysis, market studies, and market reports, for current and
coming projects, as I'm up to date with all related updates
from MOH, MOJ, and REGA.
• Prepare residential and commercial contracts through the Ejar
platform and the Real Estate General Authority. I also collect,
prepare, and upload all tenants, units, and contract data for
our projects on the Simaat platform.
•Manage the collection of data on consumers and design and supervise the questionnaires and surveys.
•Measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns and analyze the data to identify the problems.
•Provide the marketing teams with advice based on the research findings prepare the reports and recommend future marketing campaigns.
