Coordinating with Factory Manager for in time orders delivery schedule.
Coordinating with Finance Department for daily sales and petty cash expenses.
Depositing the daily cash in to the bank and reconciling the monthly cash statement and submitting to Head Office.
Reconciling monthly Credit Card Machine collection and uploading to the account.
Attending meetings with Show Room Manager, General Manager and some time with top management to review / improve business strategy.
Arranging weekly meeting with Sales Staff.
Suggest changes in ISOFZT (POS and Inventory Software) if need to improve user experience and made it easy to use.
Help to start and customize the ISOFZT (POS and Inventory Software).
Responsible to maintain the discipline in the Show Room and providing best shopping experience to our valuable customers.
Handling customer’s complaints in best possible way and follow up for them.
Responsible for maintaining HR Document files for each and every staff member at the Show Room.
