 Assist Show Room Manager to run branch operation effectively and in accordance with the instructions from Head Office.

 Looking after ISOFZT (POS and Inventory Software) and handling its troubleshooting.

 Coordinating with Factory Manager for in time orders delivery schedule.
 Coordinating with Finance Department for daily sales and petty cash expenses.
 Depositing the daily cash in to the bank and reconciling the monthly cash statement and submitting to Head Office.
 Reconciling monthly Credit Card Machine collection and uploading to the account.
 Attending meetings with Show Room Manager, General Manager and some time with top management to review / improve business strategy.
 Arranging weekly meeting with Sales Staff.
 Suggest changes in ISOFZT (POS and Inventory Software) if need to improve user experience and made it easy to use.
 Help to start and customize the ISOFZT (POS and Inventory Software).
 Responsible to maintain the discipline in the Show Room and providing best shopping experience to our valuable customers.
 Handling customer’s complaints in best possible way and follow up for them.
 Responsible for maintaining HR Document files for each and every staff member at the Show Room.
