•Maintenance and Calibration activities of Process Instruments
•Testing, Erection and Commissioning of field instruments such as pressure &level switches, pressure and temperature transmitters, R.T.D, Thermocouple, flow and level transmitters and Gas Detectors
•Ensures proper documentation of files, records, databases, and drawings to meet regulatory and project requirements.
•Preparing Hook-Up diagrams.
•Preparing measure sheet and ITP for billing.
•Coordinating the entire instrumentation works as JB & Panel installation, Tray & duct works, Impulse & GI piping works, cable laying, glanding-termination, loop checking & erection & commissioning activities.
•Initiating tests on various instruments like Temperature Indicators, Temperature Transmitters, RTD, Pressure transmitters, Pressure Gauges, Flow Indicator, Control valves, ON-OFF valves, Safety valves, Mass flow meter, Flow Transmitter, Level Switch. Air line, Impulse line & Hydro Test.etc.
•Preparing calibration & loop checking protocol as per ISO 9001 standard.
•Loop checking and calibration using 475 Hart communicator

• Testing, Erection and Commissioning of field instruments such as pressure &level switches, pressure and temperature transmitters, R.T.D, Thermocouple, flow and level transmitters and Gas Detectors
• Inspection of all field instruments in the unit by reading P&ID
• Identify with team leader & construction source to resolve Technical queries, punch lists, design error and to follow up to close out agreed actions in own discipline.

• Preparing all documents for impulse piping such as Fit-up Report, weld visual reports report, Hydro test report, AS BUILT DRAWING.NCR, Mechanical clearance report etc.
