- Fulfill HR Helpdesk operations and ensure deliveries of employee's services.

• Analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes.
• Communicate with various parties, including drivers and logistics Company, to expedite the delivery.
• Generate supplier’s performance reports.
• Dealing with internal queries about payments.
• Ensuring customers pay on time.
• Negotiating re-payment plans.
