• Participate in determining the needs of human cadres, in coordination with the other departments.

• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Handle the recruitment for the Jordan local team and video screening through Evalufy (Video assessment platform)
• Handle Bayt.com ATS.
• Work on Bayt.com built-in onboarding system.
• Handle the Tests product.
• Participate in the job fairs.

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete data and records.
