After the acquisition of Invensys by Schneider Electric, I'm still as a Learning & Development Manager at Schneider Electric Egypt, I'm leading training projects for employees & clients.
Training projects include:
-Instructor Led Training courses
-Web-based Training
-Virtual Training
-Mobile Learning
I am responsible for the success of the training projects starting from:
-Receiving client training request
-Needs Assessment
-Training Design
-Training Development
-Training release
I am also combining between Project Management standards and training experience.
As a Learning & Development Manager at Invensys Egypt, I'm leading training projects for employees & clients.
I was part of the quality team which is responsible for building/updating department processes, tools, standard guides, and templates.

I initiated building a New Hire Training for Instructional Designer (ILT & Self-learning).
I am also combining between Project Management standards and training experience.
•Designs and develops technical training curriculum for customer base.
•Designs course outlines, gathering supporting technical documentation and developing course workbooks and trainer notes.
•Interfaces with engineering to develop specifications for course content. Assesses customer needs for future course development.
•Ensures that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services.
•Provide support and guidance to Instructional Designers
•Review Junior team output
I started my career shift to training & development field.
As an Instructional Designer, I was responsible for creating training material and environment.
I had the following trainings:
-Facilitator Qualification Program
-Instructional Design & Development basics
-Instructional Design & Development advanced
Responsible for the maintenance of color dispensers.
Responsible for maintenance of the factory equipments.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
I have studied Electrical Engineering at Cairo University. My specialities were automation & control engineering. My graduation project was a belt conveyor controlled by PLC & robot arm; and my grade was Excellent.
