• Partner with department managers to identify workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection processes.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
