- Training course coordination communicating with local & global training provider to allocate qualified trainer / instructor for company training needs. In addition to negotiating offers and contract finalization.
- Handling recruitment process, searching for candidates, arranging for interviews, offers and sign with them contracts.
- Handling the performance management process, archiving performance appraisal results, and following up the implementation of any required actions.
- Responsible to prepare monthly reports (Chart, CMA registration, Saudzation report
and hierarchy report)
- Implementing the tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, warning letters… etc. In addition to the issuance of all working permits, and other formal papers related to the employees.
- Handling new employees onboarding, preparing and calculating final settlement of exiting employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Goverment relations such as (Moqeem, MOL, Chamber of Commerce, Injaz and GOSI).
- Managing COOP / Tamheer trainees.
- Maintaining records and files of employees.
- Implementation of HR processes as per standards, rules and regulations of Samba Capital.
