The Agriculture Infrastructure Division (AID) of the Economic and Social Infrastructure Department, is working in a number of knowledge products that requires coordination with various stakeholders within and outside the bank. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Act as the focal point for the AID in coordination of all knowledge products to be developed by the division,
• Liaise with staff in the regional hubs in collecting information and data,
• Liaise with external contractor responsible of editing, designing, and printing the knowledge products,
• Develop achieves and filing systems for the knowledge products,
• Support the task team leader in task related to coordination.
• Manage all clients' recruitment, admissions and services activities to recruit and help student to study in international educational institutions abroad
• Lead and assist the marketing team in selling different product and services
• Identify and evaluate the market, and new target clients
• Plan, arrange, and coordinate online and offline marketing and advertising campaigns
• Organize, measure, evaluate, and analyze promotional event
• Initiate and prepare proposals and action plans for new business opportunities
• Assist in the development of marketing and assessment materials
• Participate in key projects such as developing promotional material and web pages; implementing internal and external communication strategies; and finding ways to streamlining the admission processes for international students
• Supervise all the company’s social media accounts, and identify strategy to recruit more customer through them
• Maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
• Manage relationships with the Key Partners Institutions overseas and work closely with the International Recruitment Managers and International Students’ Adviser
• Work with the internal team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Evaluate the team member performance and assist them to develop and improve their skills in a monthly basis
• Reflect any issue, idea or comment and share it with the team and with the director in order to develop the business marketing strategy
• Manage relationships with the Key Partners Institutions overseas and work closely with the International Recruitment Managers and International Students’ Adviser
• Provide accurate information and students support advice to prospective students through personal consultation, seminars, presentations and other promotional events.
• Coordinate and undertake recruitment visits to priority markets, and provide reports on these activities.
• Conduct market research, with reference to the strategic development of the company’s portfolio of the marketing activities or competitors activities.
• Prepare an annual marketing plan, and a quarterly marketing action plan and recruitment activities to maximize the company chance to reach the target markets.

• Instrumental in formulating and implementing company “terms and conditions” for using Alkhatwa website for companies and individuals and “the privacy policy” related to its website.
• Fostered strong relationship with customers by finding out special functions to the website, ensuring security of the website and increasing its efficiency.
• Responsible for finding out the most appropriate e-payment methods for the project to help ease the process of the payment for the customer to get the product online.
• Played a pivotal role in designing Alkhatwa’s marketing plan digitally through social media and affiliate program.
• Gained good understanding of e-management and e-marketing. Working in a project in a start-up phase has given me the opportunity to learn hands-on how to build e-business strategy, create a marketing policy and how to create a profitable customer services plan. Got good exposure to e-business world in Saudi Arabia and compared it to different countries across the globe.
• Worked closely with Assistant Professors in the College of Education for Girls In Jeddah. Successfully identified the
mechanisms and skills for preparing the research proposals and helped them move forward to enter into the field.
• Successfully created a method to contact all Saudi Assistant Professors in the four collages of education for girls
around Jeddah to explain them about the purpose of this program. Provided them with all necessary information
required to apply.
• Arranged workshops, organized workshop bag and materials, recorded attendance, ensuring all such invitations
have arrived to everyone and made sure the network, sound system and microphones are working well before the
workshop started.
• Supervised all activities with the companies in addition to providing food, tools and materials and ensured
seamless operations.
• Accountable for answering all probable questions asked by the researchers and finding answers from the
workshop presenter and from the dean of deanship of scientific research.
• Successfully collected the research proposal from the researchers.
• Instrumental in reviewing all proposals and coordinating with researchers to know if something is missing in their
proposal in order to make sure that their committee will accept the proposal.
I completed my master degree in Electronic Commerce, which considered as a multidisciplinary major that combines three different majors which are: Computer Science, Management and Law. In order to get my master degree in E-commerce, i conducted a project that titled "Electronic Ticketing in Public Transportation: Al Haramain High Speed Rail in Saudi Arabia". The project may be considered to be a proposal for an online electronic ticketing (E-ticketing) system, and if approved, it will become a part of a future project called “Al-Haramain High-speed Rail” in the western region of Saudi Arabia. My focus was on the importance of designing a professional website by the Saudi Railways Organization, which should contain the following features: multilingual communication website, QR code and cloud computing, and how those features will help passengers, especially for those who come from all over the world for the special annual event called Hajj. The project is completed after i successfully accomplished eight courses that are directly relates to my major which are: E-text Design Technical Issue for E-commerce Internet and Media Law E-government Database and Data mining Overview of E-commerce Policy Issue for E-commerce Research Methods It was also required to complete three months and a half internship work at any e-commerce project in any company around the world. I did that duty effectively and i wrote a report that indicates my duties and responsibilities in details.
