Managed Private Palace in Riyadh - Rehab Al Mesk Hotel & Rotana Al Mesk Hotel in Al
• Managed the inspections and handing over Madina Municipality, Civil defense authority and Ministry of
Tourism authentication milestones and requirements for Rotana Al Mesk and Rehab Al Mesk Hotels.
• Handled the responsibility of Project management including financial management and contracts, all site
works starting with MEP works, plastering, Marble works flooring and wall cladding, Civil Works
including insulation, concrete works, block works, etc. Finishing process from preparation to finish
including artistic drawing of marble effect, gold stripping and painting as per designer, etc.
• Shop drawings and detailed drafts for many provisions for installations.
• Site Execution Architect & project manager supervision and director on different scopes for MEP works
and turnkey finishing to client satisfaction. (Refer to attached site images)
• Ensure all materials required are secured to prevent holding up work progress.
• Project Manager right under the supervision of the CEO/Owner of Palace (Project).

• Handling the management of QS/Procurement department including finishing packages and Architectural
production package.
• Supervising quotation collections and validating suppliers as per project budget and handling the final
negotiating and awarding process with subcontractor.
• Creating a detailed Bill of quantity (BOQ) for each work scope (Finishes, architectural package and
furniture scope. Helping, if possible, in MEP and structural items.) to have a valid information later on for
better risk elimination.
• Overseeing procurement stages to provide a correct quotation from subcontractors and a vivid scope of
work starting with work package (Including coordination with technical team to provide a proper design
drawing, technical data/specifications with quantity as per projects needs, compliance sheet as per
projects specifications set by client or consultant)
• Creating project charter over MS Project Program with proper study for each work scope, project
schedule and milestones and solving impediments within the project.
• Handling client/consultant needs and overseeing procurement stages from awarding
subcontractors/suppliers until the purchase order is handed over to project manager.

• Managed restaurant and fit-out projects, including SoFleur and Suhail Restaurants, covering execution planning, financial
follow-up, subcontractor coordination, and finishing delivery.
• Supervised multiple site scopes including MEP works, plastering, waterproofing, concrete, blockwork, marble installation, and
final decorative finishes.
• Prepared shop drawings and technical details for installation-related requirements.
• Handled material coordination and site readiness to support workflow continuity.
• Contributed to GRC works for four villas within AlSheikh Project, Wadi Hanifah.

• Handled the responsibility of 5 residential units at New Cairo
Two apartments in The Waterway Compound and three Villas, one at Mivida - Emaar Compound, Villa
in The Lake View High-end Compound from skeleton to furnishing including:
• MEP works, Cladding, marble installation and 13*4.5 m2 pool (from scratch to finish - kindly find in
attachment site images with portfolio).
• Contacting and supervision on labors for MEP works and turnkey finishing to client satisfaction.
• Elevator installation - from vertical core to the lift installation and finishes.
• Water Heating system - for radiators and central water heating unit for the whole villa.
• Securing all materials required for the labor in order not to hold the work progress.
• Senior Architect right under the supervision of the Consultant Architect - Amr Rashid.

• Member in a team of 3 Engineers handled responsibility of 5 residential units at New Cairo.
• Contacting and supervision on labors for MEP works and turnkey finishing to client satisfaction.
• Securing all materials required for the labor in order not to hold the work progress.
• Cost estimations and pricing for each stage and accounting principles earned.
