I'm a Sony Technical Support Agent. I've been working in 3 different accounts;
- Sony Entertainment Network
- Customer Information Center
- Vaio Technical Training.
Currently, I'm more focused on the Vaio Tehnical Training as well as the Customer Information Center.
I'm required to provide general and technical information for UK and Ireland Sony consumers.
I was working as a Yellow Pages Sales Agent. Targeting business owners to advertise on the Online Yellow Pages USA.
I have exceeded all targets that were thrown my way and I have been promoted for the trainers position within 2 months of the job.
I was also required to take supervisor and manager calls on the spot on various occasions.
Straight A student with a 3.89 GPA. 1300 pts in the SATs. I was the valedictorian of my class.
