MEP Projects Manager for Hilton Hotels:
Hilton inn (5 Stars) Hotel - AL Ahssa

Responsibilities:
- Technically manage and lead projects with project teams and clients by interfacing regularly to review functions of equipment and systems, resolve technical issues and ensure expectations are met.
- Serve as a primary technical resource for those working on assigned projects, providing all of the necessary guidance and training related to the technologies being used, client processes, programming standards and other technical requirements of the projects.
- Perform Project Engineering duties including, system design, electrical design, programming, testing and commissioning.
- Execute projects in a manner that all technical tasks, both performed directly or indirectly by others, adhere to scope, schedule and budget constraints and technical standards.
- Serve as the key point of contact for assigned technology at the manufacture level to stay abreast of technology changes, product updates, and product issues and update the team and company of technical changes and issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on client technical standards, best practices and tools. Ensure that the team is delivering solutions that are conforming to the client standards.
- Implement and support technical development/training strategies for engineers on the team.
- Develop and implement engineering tools to streamline engineering tasks.
Executed Projects:
- Ministry of Defense - NCO & Officers Apartments (74 Building/592 Flat) - Sharourah (In Process).
- Nora Bint Abdurrahman University - Nursing & Physiotherapy College Building.
- Um Al Meleh Military Airport Project - Southern Area / KSA.
- Ministry of Education Building - Electrical External Works - Riyadh / KSA.
Shuqaiq Phase-2 Water transmission Line (Electrical Systems):
Responsibilities:
- Define the scope of work.
- Manage & lead the project team.
- Detailed project planning and control.
- Manage the project deliverable in line with the project plan.
- Monitoring the project progress & performance.
- Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
- Manage the consultancy input within the defined budget and ensure maintain the cost control over the assigned resources and assets.
- Final approval of the design specifications.
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and studies various electrical systems, such as MV& LV Systems, MCC Panels, Lighting Systems, Lightning & protection systems, Control Systems, Cable Sizing Calculations, Motors, Transformers, Generators, Instruments.
- Budgetary Cost Estimations.
- Generate overall single line diagram & shop drawings.
- Prepare & review materials submittals.
- Coordinate with other disciplines like civil, structure, architect, mechanical & other utilities.
- Interface with client & consultants.
- Study Electrical Offers Technically & Commercially.
- Issue P.O’s.
- Identify long lead items and advise on purchase requirements.
- Technical Support for Site Engineers for Substations, water treatment Plants & commercial buildings Projects.
- Supervise Testing & Commissioning.
- Evaluate as built drawings and O&M manuals.
Executed Projects:
- Al-Asyah WTP.
- Buridah WTP.
- DCS Plant For King Khalid Hospital - KSU.
- Well-1 Water Management System (Makkah Al-Mukarramah - ZamZam Bottling Plant Project).
- Al Rashid Mall (Al Khober).
Responsibilities:
- Electrical load estimation & calculations.
- Prepare overall layout & equipment arrangement drawings.
- Prepare composite & coordination drawings.
- Prepare materials submittals.
- Supervised all electrical installations, BMS & HVAC installations for Makkah Mall expansion.
- Coordination with other disciplines like civil, structure, mechanical & other utilities.
- Supervise Testing & Commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical engineer for feed mill factory 20 ton/hour (full running) supervise maintenance staff; I was attend the factory construction and participate in electrical system design and assemblage.
