I am responsible for :
- Reporting to the Concrete Departement Head, in charge of Materials Platform (5 employees).
- Led the management of R&D project portfolio within the platform.
- Development of new solutions for Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Self-Leveling Screed (anhydride and cement) and RCA.
- Develop and implement new testing methods (curling, pull-out test, etc.)
-Expanded the R&D areas of expertise to Civil Engineering, Concrete Durability and Screed.
-Provide Technical assistance (screed, fiber reinforced concrete, and durability)
-Provide academic and technical monitoring for trainees (Master 2 Level)
-Coordinate and monitor collaborations with R&D external institutes (universities and public research laboratories)

I was responsible :
- Research about the rehabilitation of water piplines using composite materials (FRP).
