Job Responsibilities:
• Develop Power Supply Master plan.
• Coordinate with developers and finalize the power density factors.
• Design 11kV and 132kV cable corridors.
• Prepare the BOQ and Scope of works for power distribution network.
• Finalize the 132kV/11kV Substation locations.
• Feasibility study to optimize the supply distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop Existing Utility Diversion Plan and Resolve Utility Conflict with Etihad Rail Project.
• Coordinate with designers and develop the detail design for Utilities works.
• Ensure the designer’s documents are in line with the local authority’s requirements.
• Review the designer’s Documents and study the time and cost impact.
• Develop complete team for Utility Works including Design team, Subcontractors, etc.
• Assist project planning team to update the project plan.
• Assess Risks involved in Utility Conflicts and update the Risk Register in coordination with Risk Manger
• Communicate and negotiate with local authorities for design and construction drawing approval.
• Prepare List of Lessons learned and analyze the impact on the Rail Project
• Resolve the contractual issues with clients and subcontractors for Utility works
Job Responsibilities:
• Project Management and Construction of Street light and DEWA ED works for RTA Projects.
• Preparation of Technical documents for Material, Shop Drawings & As-Built Approvals.
• Technical Coordination with DEWA and obtained the NOC for Infrastructure works.
• Develop & manage Electrical Infrastructure Division.
• Assist the planning team to develop the detailed construction program.
• Prepare the Budget for Power Transmission and Distribution Works to Participate in the Tender.
• Technical Evaluation of the Bid from Power Transmission and Distribution Contractors.
• Coordinate with RTA & DEWA for completion Certificate.
Job Responsibilities:
• Project Management and Construction of Power Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Preparation of Power distribution network plan for community development projects.
• Preparation of Electrical shop drawings and As-Built drawing.
• Review the technical documents & material submittal, submitted by the Suppliers.
• Liaise with Consultant, Clients and Authorities for the drawing’s approval and project related issues.
• Prepare the Budget for Power Transmission and Distribution Works to Participate in the Tender.
• Project management of High voltage (132kV, 33kV and 11kV) Cable works.
• Evaluate the tender documents and prepare tender bid.
• Evaluate the subcontractors tender bid and prepare the comparison.
• Develop a complete Electrical Infrastructure contractor Division.
• Preparation of Electrical shop drawings and follow up with Clients.
• Preparation of Street Lighting Shop Drawings and Material Submittal.
• Preparation of method statements for electrical works.
• Preparation of shop drawings for 11kV, 132kV and other electrical utilities.
• Review the technical documents & material submittal, submitted by the Subcontractor.
• Follow up of NOC related issues & Shop drawings approval.
• Liaise with consultant, DEWA and RTA for the drawings approval and project related issues.
• Monitor the site activities and ensure the protection of existing underground services.
• Progress review meetings and prepare the correspondences to subcontractors, consultants and authorities.
