• Responsible for the preparation of roads & all wet (water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, fire and district cooling) and dry (electrical, telecom and BMS) utilities drawings from concept stage till construction
• Preparation of Plan & Profiles, detailed Cross Sections, grading plans, setting out plan, Traffic Signal and Road Markings & Signs
• Preparation of drawings for all types of infrastructure Dry utilities like Electrical (LV, HV, Street Light) & Telecom (DU & Etisalat)
• Preparation of drawings for all types of infrastructure Wet utilities like Water, Chilled water, Irrigation, Storm Water, Sewerage and Fire Fighting line
• Using a variety of CAD software programmes to create designs in 2D & 3D models
• Ensuring quality throughout the drawing package preparation and submission
• Doing clash analysis for all utilities
• Liaising with architects, engineers & designers to understand design requirements and providing technical advice to manufacturing and construction technicians
• Ensure drawings are compliant with industry health & safety standards protocols
• Extracting values for Bill of Quantities from drawings
• Maintain accurate records.
• Review and study design drawings.
• Executed Sewerage and Drainage network with GRP and uPVC pipe dia varies from 160mm TO 1200mm.
• N.O.C Drawings of sewerage & drainage construction,
• Road crossings, Pipe jacking Drawings, Section drawings, Manhole sections (Different types of manholes), Bench marking, dewatering, utilities, Micro tunneling
• Road layout, sections, Future Ducts, Traffic Signs, Profiles, Services and related Drawings.
• Insert land drain, 'Y' connections and End caps.
• House Connections for every plot, both dry connections and wet connections.
• Traffic diversion drawings for NOC from R.T.A. and other miscellaneous drawings.
• Manage project execution, including activating and controlling internal and external resources in accordance with client requirements
• Delivery of CAD projects specific to project needs in accordance with the company's or client's policies, systems and procedures
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly progress reports by drawings.
• Responsible for maintaining all kinds of survey work on AutoCAD
• Develop all needed shop drawings according to the schedule provided by the Project Engineer / Manger.
• Develop all needed as built drawings according to the schedule provided by Project Engineer / Manger.
• Control and maintain soft copies of all prepared drawings in organized directories taking into consideration keeping the old revisions in separate directories to avoid its use by other Draftsmen and Office Engineers.
• Quantity take off, estimating materials using CAD.
• Site inspection for preparation and recommendation of design plans.
• Ensure the successful closure of the project, including handovers and documentation
• Review & Study Design drawings
• Preparation of all type of shop drawings for Drainage & Sewerage line.
