 Monitor all financial aspects related to Rental Division.
 Monitor all databases used for Rental Division Operations.
 Analyze current fleet and prepare order for required additional Machinery.

 Prepare the annual budget of the Rental Division.
 Financial, Accounting, Estimation, and operating statements.

 Recommend to Div Director additions or deletions of equipment to the fleet, as warranted by business trends and fleet utilization, to achieve a proper fleet balance.
 Monitor and follow-up the branch’s UDC, Credit accounts, and Receivables.
 Handling all insurance related matters, preparation of insurance declaration for equipments, follow up; handle claims of damaged and/or lost units.
