Monitor all business and operational aspects related to Rental Operations and report/ recommend/ implement programs to increase the productivity and profitability.
Monitor all financial aspects related to Rental Division.
Monitor all databases used for Rental Division Operations.
Analyze current fleet and prepare order for required additional Machinery.
Analyze and recommend for approval all additional units request from regions
Prepare the annual budget of the Rental Division.
Financial, Accounting, Estimation, and operating statements.
Utilizations reports (Revenue and Time) by Application, Segment, Model, and range.
Equipment availability per type, rate, and size.
Reviewing and managing Regional monthly Operating Statements and Reports (and taking remedial action, where required), assume responsibility for the direction and forecasts of Rental operations, including budgeted Rental revenue, expenses, profitability and objectives.
Recommend to Div Director additions or deletions of equipment to the fleet, as warranted by business trends and fleet utilization, to achieve a proper fleet balance.
Monitor and follow-up the branch’s UDC, Credit accounts, and Receivables.
Handling all insurance related matters, preparation of insurance declaration for equipments, follow up; handle claims of damaged and/or lost units.
Prepare Day Book & Ledger. Statement of Receivables & Payables.
Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis
Prepare monthly trial balance as well as Final Accounts.
Prepare Salary Statements / payments.
Purchase of Medicines / disposables etc..
Negotiating and obtaining bids from vendors for medical supplies and equipments.
Providing senior management with reliable information necessary to control the operation.
Provide arrangements for maintenance of medical equipments / dental units / X-ray / Ultra sound etc.,
Credit Billing & Final Reports.
Track rejected claims from the Medical Insurance companies & resubmission of the same.
Prepare documentation related to govt. authorities.
Preparation and maintenance of all related accounts
Preparing all financial statements, reconciliation statements on monthly /yearly basis.
Providing the Income Statement and P&L to the management for their review and for the tax returns.
Overall supervision and control in the stock level.
Overall supervision of sales team.
Total responsibilities of all purchases and dealing with suppliers.
Proper maintenance of Sales register, Purchases register and inventory.
Proper verifications of all related vouchers with their respective entries in concerned books.
Preparing final accounts for small-scale industries, trading concerns and charitable trusts including educational institutes.
Assisting “Senior Articles” in their preparation of financial statements for large-scale industries, business concerns and commercial banks.
Preparing Income statements for professionals engaged in different areas (Doctors/Engineers/Advocates) and submitting them to the Income Tax Department (central Govt. of India).
All related financial audit as instructed by the Audit Manager.
